In lieu of a security deposit, you can opt to purchase CSA Security Deposit Protection for a

nominal one-time fee instead of having to front the security deposit fee or have it charged to your

credit card.  Securing this protection will provide you with the assurance that damage which is caused inadvertently by you or a travel companion, will be covered under the plan up to a maximum limit of

$3,000.  Eliminating the worry of when and how much of the security deposit you will receive back.

We have adopted a Star Rating System to give you, the guest, a better idea of the level of each condo we offer. Taste and Budgets very greatly and we hope this system will afford you the ability to select just what you want in the price level that is comfortable for you. We have Two Star Budget condos all the way up to Four Star Luxury units. Prices are included in each description for your ease in comparing levels. ONE BEDROOM CONDOS: Two Star: Starting at $1700. up to Four Star: $2200. 

TWO BEDROOM CONDOS: Two Star: Starting at $2400. up to Four Star: $3000.

THREE BEDROOM CONDOS: Two Star: Starting at $2500. up to Four Star: $3300.

Two Bedroom Villas Starting at $3600.

Two Bedroom & Den Villas W/Private Pool starting at $4300.

A $200 Cleaning & Reservtion Fee applies to all. There is a Refundable Security Deposit of $500. or you can purchase Sercurity Deposit Insurance for a nominal fee.
